a "Partial Backup" could be useful ?

A partial Backup allows to save your current Contextual Signatures
and URL Groups; these are Data that are not included in a Full
backup.

You may save bandwidth and ease your deployment by having them
downloaded only once through Active Update; then included in a Partial
backup and restored on several
other firewalls without the need of a big download.
