Logs could not be collected from an F200 using Collector 6.2.1 or 6.2.2. What do I do?

Answer:-

The license embedded in COllector, which is provided with the PRO Administration Suite, allows collecting from appliance models F200 to F5500. However, the embedded license in Administration Suites 6.2.1 and 6.2.2 contain an error and do not allowing collecting from F200 appliances. This problem has been fixed in version 6.2.3 of the Administration Suite.
